Emergency counselling and specialized assistance

Emergency counselling and specialized assistance are personal health care services provided by personal health care institutions by brigades (emergency health care counselling or SCP) or medical professionals (specialized emergency counselling or SSGI) in order to provide the patient with the necessary medical care in a timely manner. Emergency health care counselling is not divided into levels.

SCP and SSGI health care assistance consists of:

• the work of dispatching services,
• the arrival of consultants at a personal health care institution,
• consulting,
• performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and operations,
• transportation of the patient to a personal health care institution, where the necessary personal health care services would be provided.
